Dr Plotka found that MS Windows Vista is not using DNS Resource Records sets in the order returned by the DNS Server (often used as DNS round robin for server load distribution, esp. for Websites), but instead tries do be smart by reordering the entries according to RFC4384. RFC 4384 is aimed for IPv6, but Vista also applies it to IPv4, which does not make a lot sense.
