Why is there no way to create a new zone via the web interface?

Could be a great feature to be able to "duplicate" a template to create a new domain.

I mean this because I'm still using templates on version 5.1 and I did not migrated to the latest just because of the ZONE -> DUPLICATE option on the Men&mice Management Console.

If posible please add the "duplicate" of the hability to duplicate a template in the CLI and on the WEB interface as well.

we're working on it. We had this function already in the 6.2beta, but it has been removed from the release because there were still some issues.

I expect the function to be in Version 6.2.1, which is planned after the summer holiday break (August/September timeframe).

I will forward this feature request for the Web-UI to our product management team.

In the CLI (mmcmd), it is possible to duplicate a zone with the following 3 statements:

Code:

 export template.example.com. template.example.com.txt
 import newzone.example.com master-dns.example.com * template.example.com.txt
 save -
