In MMSuite 5.1.3 on windows with Bind on FreeBSD:

Creating a new domain pre-populates the SOA items (TTL, refresh, etc).

Where is that configured? The defaults that are entered are not what we would like them to be and our primary tech keeps forgetting to set them to the values we want them to be.

Thanks.

Hello cmcg,

in the current versions (and also in 5.1.3) there is no configuration option for the default SOA values. The values are currently fixed.

I will file a feature request to have the SOA values customizable. Depending on the current feature backlock, it will be made available in one of the upcoming releases.

Best regards

Additionally, you can set up a template zone, possibly disabled, with the values you want to use. You can then duplicate it when creating a new zone.

That's what I'll have to do.

Thanks
